GROUNDS MAINTENANCE / REACTIVE WORKS
P&A carry out several grounds maintenance projects to include framework contracts, reservoir and spill way works (Section 10) along with areas within the private / residential sector. The grounds maintenance teams are made up of certified and competent operatives.
P&A carry out health & safety reactive works for the utilities industry, these works include a fast reactive time to ensure and maintain a safe working environment for the the client where repairs and full reinstatements are achieved.
P&A have a high level software management system to ensure the client/ customer has a full breakdown of the works carried out.
PLANT HIRE & HAULAGE
P&A can provide a hire service with our fleet of excavators, dumpers and any other plant. We can provide this on a hire only basis or complete with a fully competent and qualified operator.
This can vary from 1 day or to long term depending upon your requirements.
Part of the P&A Group is P&A Transport, we operate haulage in the South West and Southern region of England & Wales.

Health, Safety & Environmental
P&A is committed to ensuring that it exceeds the statuary requirements for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance. In recent years' legislation, codes of practise, policies and procedures have undoubtedly improved Health, Safety and Environmental standards in construction. At P&A we are now fully promoting efforts to further improve Health, Safety and Environmental performance through behavioural change.
All of our site managers/ supervisors hold either an IOSH managing safely certificate, a CITB SSSTS or the full CITB SMSTS.
All of our operatives have CSCS cards as a minimum, with plant operators holding CPCS or NPORS accreditation.
All of our employees / sub-contractors understand their responsibilities for Health, Safety and Environmental. Our Health, Safety and environmental performance is monitored daily by our site and visiting management teams. This is further supported with the help of our appointed Health and Safety Advisor.
